Holiday Payments and Cancellation
When booking a reservation through TravelOshot , payment is processed immediately using Visa/Master Card credit cards, Debit Cards, or Net Banking. Full payment is required at the time of reservation, and transactions will appear as “TravelOshot”” on your bank statement.
Once a tour or service has commenced, or if any part of the package, accommodation, meals, or other services has been utilised, no refunds are available.
Cancellation of holiday bookings is subject to the vendor’s policy, potentially incurring a cancellation fee. TravelOshot imposes a service fee on all cancellations, outlined as follows:
- Holidays costing less than INR 25000 are non-refundable.
- Event, Attraction, Theatre, Show, or Coupon Tickets are non-refundable.
- Gift Certificates are also non-refundable.
- TravelOshot charges a service fee of INR 2500 per person and segment for all cancellations.
It’s essential to review vendors’ cancellation policies before booking and understand the associated fees. TravelOshot aims to provide transparent information regarding payment and cancellation processes to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
Holidays Refunds
Refund requests for cancelled reservations must be made through TravelOshot . Vendors cannot process refunds directly. Contact us for all refund requests; processing can take up to 45 business days.

HOTELS
Hotel Booking Cancellation Policy
The hotel’s cancellation policy is subject to change and may vary between bookings and dates. The prevailing cancellation policy during check-in or cancellation will apply. Each hotel may have its policy, and charges may apply accordingly. Upon cancellation, the hotel will directly debit the amount from the guest’s credit card as per their policy.
Cancellation requests can be made online or through TravelOshot . Only those requests made through authorised channels will be entertained. Direct cancellation requests to the hotel without notifying us will not be entertained. Failure to show up at the hotel will result in the full charge, debited directly from the guest’s card.
Bookings made under special offers are non-refundable. Guests should review the cancellation policy when booking to understand their obligations. We aim to facilitate smooth cancellations within the framework of the hotel’s policies, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our guests.
Hotel Bookings Refunds Policy
Amendments to hotel reservations within 96 hours of check-in are not accepted. Once made, online bookings cannot be modified. The hotel processes Refunds directly, and TravelOshot bears no responsibility for them. Your bank may levy additional refund charges to your credit card or bank account.
FLIGHTS
Flight Cancellation Policy
Most of our airline tickets are non-refundable as a part of advance purchase, but in certain cases where the airline allows cancellations, a credit may be issued for future use by the same traveller on the same airline. This credit typically has an expiration date. It’s important to note any additional restrictions attached to your credit, which can be discussed with our customer service agents.
To cancel bookings eligible for cancellation, contact our Refunds department before the scheduled departure time of the first flight segment. However, we do not guarantee any cancellation.
You must pay any fare difference, applicable airline penalties, and TravelOshot post-ticketing charges when rebooking using airline credit. All changes are governed by each airline’s fare rules, policies, and procedures beyond our control.
Cancellation charges vary by flight and booking class, as imposed by the airline. TravelOshot is not liable to provide refunds for non-refundable fare bookings.
For tickets cancelled through ‘Web/Tele Check-in,’ contact the airline directly, as TravelOshot cannot process refunds for these bookings. The airline is responsible for such cancellations. For offline cancellations, contact our customer care numbers at +91-771-010-4747.
We strive to assist our customers through the cancellation process, but ultimately, the policies and procedures of the respective airlines govern cancellations, refunds, and rebookings.
Flight Refunds Policy
At TravelOshot, we understand that circumstances may necessitate cancellation and refund requests for airline tickets, hotels, and service fees. However, refunds are subject to specific conditions:
- You must apply for cancellation and refund through us, adhering to fare rules that allow cancellations and refunds.
- Upon receipt of your request, we’ll acknowledge it and provide details of the refund amount, contingent upon securing waivers from suppliers.
- Being a “no show” generally makes bookings ineligible for waivers from suppliers for refund processing.
- Refund requests are processed sequentially, with no fixed timeline provided. Acknowledgement of your request doesn’t guarantee a refund, but it offers a tracking number.
- Our service fees associated with the original booking are non-refundable.
- Refunds depend on supplier approvals and once approved, it may take 60-90 days for the credit to reflect on your statement.
- Suppliers typically impose penalties for refunds, and TravelOshot may charge a post-ticketing services fee, assessed per-passenger, per-ticket basis, subject to supplier or waiver rules.
For refunds, contacting us is mandatory as airlines cannot refund tickets booked through TravelOshot. Processing times vary, typically within 45 days. Partially utilised tickets may take longer, ranging from 45 working days up to 6 months, depending on the airline.
